Please read the Parent Handbook before you start to fill out the enrollment forms, many of your questions will be answered there.

Complete the Enrollment Forms and we look forward to your childs journey with us!

Please note: Opening the Enrollment Form link will direct you to our secure application called Brightwheel. Set up or open your profile and complete the forms. Little Roots will receive a notifications once a form has been submitted.
